Fondation Botnar, PATH, Women Deliver and Partnership on Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health (PMNCH) have formed an initial coalition that seeks to leverage artificial intelligence, digital and frontier technologies to achieve Universal Health Coverage (UHC) by 2030: “Fueling a movement towards action & leaving no one behind”. This workshop will explore how youth (under 30 years) feel technology can and will change the face of UHC and the focus areas to prioritize to make progress.

This event will feature the launch of the new PrEP4Youth videos, featuring actors from MTV Shuga: Down South telling adolescent girls and young women about the power of PrEP as a new HIV prevention option. Panelists will engage in a dynamic conversation about the role of mentoring and meaningful engagement in helping adolescent girls and young women gain the knowledge, skills and agency they need to improve their sexual and reproductive health and stay HIV free. When adolescent girls and young women are healthy, educated and meaningfully engaged, they have the power to transform their communities.

Social Enterprise Pitch: Day Two

A live competition featuring outstanding social entrepreneurs, held over the course of two days. Each contestant will have 10 minutes to convince a panel of experts that their product or idea has potential to transform the lives of girls and women. Three winners will receive a cash prize that can be used to scale up their mission-driven business.
