Women Deliver’s Fueling Station is an exhibition hall unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! This bustling central hub will be filled with stages, film screenings, pitch competitions, a live broadcasting studio, coffee stations, tech charging lounges, and more than 300 booths.

Showcase your brand to global influencers including ministers, parliamentarians, journalists, emerging young leaders, academics, private sector executives, civil society leadership, and heads of UN agencies from over 160 countries.

Options for Exhibitors

We are sorry – we are sold out of exhibit booths. All applications submitted after 20 December 2018 will be added to a waiting list. We will let you know as soon as possible.

Standard exhibition space is 3mx3m, with the option of booking up to 8 spaces. Special rates are available for non-profits and governmental agencies. All details, including custom A/V and rental needs, can be discussed with the conference organizers after your request has been received.

Exhibitor requests will be accepted via this website starting in December. In the meantime, you can reference the floor map and pricing below. Please note: Exhibition space will be limited and NGOs will be prioritized. Women Deliver reserves the right to refuse an exhibit application that conflicts with or otherwise is not aligned with Women Deliver’s mission.
