Women Deliver’s Fueling Station is an exhibition hall unlike anything you’ve ever seen before! This bustling central hub will be filled with stages, film screenings, pitch competitions, a live broadcasting studio, coffee stations, tech charging lounges, and more than 300 booths.
Please note: Exhibition space is sold out and NGOs on the waiting list will be prioritized if that changes and any become available.
Standard exhibition space is 3mx3m, with the option of booking up to 8 spaces. Prices start at $5,000 per space for private-sector companies and $2,500 for non-profits and governmental agencies. All details, including custom A/V and rental needs, can be discussed with the conference organizers after your request has been received. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request. Women Deliver reserves the right to refuse an exhibit application that conflicts with or otherwise is not aligned with Women Deliver’s mission.
